What's Preloved Mean?

Preloved refers to products that aren't in perfect retail condition, ranging from slight imperfections in the packaging to marks on the product that indicate its been loving used! Buying preloved has enormous benefits for your wallet & the environment so you can make planet positive purchased that are pocket friendly too.


In this section, you can learn more about the different types of preloved products, so you can choose the one that's right for you.

  • Pristine

    These are as
    good as new! Both visually & functionally, the only difference between pristine & new may be that sometimes they don't come in the original retail packaging (that often ends up in the trash anyway). If its missing, this will always be shown in the product description.

  • Cherished

    These products may come with some minor wear & tear that could indicate careful prior ownership and are fully tested to ensure they work perfectly. They may or may not come in their original retail packaging and this will be detailed in the product description.

  • Vintage

    These products carry a one of a kind vintage aesthetic that typically comes with well-used items. They likely won't come in their original retail packaging, (which will be stated in the product description) and are also fully tested to make sure they are in full working order.
